If you were unable to attend the Writer’s Ink Sponsored Local Authors Event at the Lafayette County Florida Library in Mayo last Friday (13th) you missed a really good presentation and great snacks too. There were over 14 different published authors who introduced themselves as well as yours truly. It is a shame the room was so small that more people couldn’t fit into the space and have a comfortable seat to enjoy each of them in turn. Looks like they will have to get a bigger space or have more events during the year. Hopefully, the “Writers Ink” group will create a nice Facebook page to post upcoming events, meetings, and maybe even create some teaching videos to help out their fellow writers.
