Below is some information about dealing with mental health issues from a nice guy who sent us an email. You just never know when some of this will come in handy now and in the future.

Hi there,

I don’t know about you, but I’m so glad it finally springs! We’re finally moving out of the dark, cold winter months when I’m hit by Seasonal Affective Disorder (it gets me every year). But I have a plan to stay on top of my mental health for the present and the long-term and hope to have a better chance of staying even keel.

Maintaining good mental health isn’t easy for everyone, and it’s just as important as physical health since the two are closely related. At US Health Corps, we are always looking for ways to boost whole-body health, and we do this by providing valuable resources that give people the opportunity to live life to its fullest.
