Pioneer Day and Christmas in the Park

Just saw the announcement on the Lafayette Activities Group Page on Facebook:

We’re only one month away from Pioneer Day/Christmas in the Park. Here are a few details to help everyone make their plans to attend.

FRIDAY
Miss Mayo 2020 pageant 6:00 pm at LHS please contact Krystin @ (386)688-2209 for information
Dance Party with DJ & vendors in the park 6-9:00 pm

SATURDAY
Shop with vendors in the park, eat some delicious food, enjoy a great line up of live entertainment and catch up with old friends and make some new.

Pioneer Christmas parade (down Main Street) will begin at 6:00 pm and will bring Santa to the park for the little ones to share their Christmas wishes and parents can snap a quick picture. Contact Heather @ (386) 965-6747 for parade information.

We look forward to seeing everyone there

And here is the announcement from an October 10, 2020 post just in case you miss that one.

Lafayette Activities Group would like to invite everybody to “A Pioneer Christmas”.
December 11th and 12th.
Veterans Memorial Park, Mayo, Fl

Dec. 11th, Ms. Mayo and Little Ms. Mayo will be crowned.
December 12th, we have some great entertainment scheduled.
So, come and shop, maybe grab a bite to eat…
Santa will be joining us for the parade at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
For more info contact L.A G.

If you are wanting to participate as a vendor or in the parade then you will have to use the contact information in the above posts or message administrators of the Lafayette Activities Group page.

Send us some pictures of your Ms. Mayo or Little Miss Mayo contestant, your band that is playing the event, or even your vendor booth. We would gladly post your information, pictures, and links on the next post to get some free publicity going for you.

We would also like to start receiving pictures of ALL the businesses in Lafayette County Florida. It would be great if you can send us a picture of your business card as well as the outside front entrance of your business (if that is applicable) so that we can update on Business Directory. There is no charge for this either. We would love to support local businesses. If you work from home (even a farm or dairy) we want to list you as well. If you sell to the public we would love to feature you and yours in a news update

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE – BE SAFE OUT THERE
