Enjoy Your October and lend a hand

We hope everyone will enjoy their October and would be willing to lend a hand at the end of the month for the annual Great Suwannee River Cleanup. The Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort and Campground has adopted a 12-mile stretch beginning at the Hal Adams Bridge on Hwy51 to the entrance of the resort and Convict Springs. Join in on the fun with the employees and family members of the resort in helping clean up the riverbanks. Grab your canoes, small motorboats, and what have you and be at the boat launch before 9:00 am Saturday morning, October 30, 2021. Check out their website for more information: https://www.suwanneeriverrendezvous.com/special-events/ Of course, they are providing canoe rentals and free shuttle services for all the volunteers.
